The Lions need a X WR and you could argue they need a proven WR with Amon Ra as well. While JAMO has shown flashes he hasn't even had 400 yards in a season yet. The Lions need to ensure that Amon Ra and LaPorta aren't the only reliable options for Goff to throw to next season. Even if JAMO breaks out Mitchell would only make the Lions offense more dangerous. Mitchell was a part of a good Texas team he had over 800 yards and 11 touchdown catches.
While Mitchell's teammate Xavier Worthy stole the show with his record-breaking 40 time Adonai had himself a near-perfect combine where he scored a 9.99 RAS grade and had his own good 40 time.
